TxtProof processes SMS message content solely to provide the archiving and forwarding service. Message content is transmitted via Twilio's messaging infrastructure. We do not use message content for marketing or any purpose beyond delivering the Service.
Advisors are responsible for obtaining all required consents from their clients prior to SMS communication, including consents required under FINRA, SEC, and TCPA regulations.
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Service, including Twilio (SMS infrastructure) and cloud hosting providers. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process.
Archived message records are delivered to your designated email address. TxtProof retains message logs for a minimum of 6 years to assist with SEC and FINRA recordkeeping requirements, unless otherwise required by law.
We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below. Certain data may be subject to regulatory retention obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TxtProof platform ("Service"), operated by Salveo Capital LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
TxtProof provides an SMS archiving and forwarding platform designed to assist financial advisors in meeting regulatory recordkeeping requirements. The Service assigns users a dedicated phone number, forwards inbound SMS messages to the user's designated mobile number, and delivers archived copies to the user's designated email address.
The Service is intended for licensed financial professionals. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are using it in a professional capacity.
All SMS communications must comply with TCPA and carrier requirements. End-users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
TxtProof is a recordkeeping tool and does not guarantee compliance with all regulatory requirements applicable to your situation. Consult your compliance officer or legal counsel to confirm the Service meets your specific obligations. TxtProof does not provide legal, compliance, or financial advice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALVEO CAPITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Missouri.
We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
